Where we deliver

Checkout accepts delivery addresses in the United States and Guatemala. If you'd like flowers delivered anywhere else, contact us — we'll do our best to find a way.

How your flowers travel

Every stem is cut at the optimal bud stage in our greenhouses in the Guatemalan highlands, hydrated immediately and kept in an unbroken cold chain. Orders ship with FedEx from Miami, so your flowers arrive ready to open, not already opened in transit.

How they're packed

Orchids travel in our flower boxes — 100 × 40 × 12.5 cm (39.4 × 15.7 × 4.9 in) — and each stem has its own water tube to keep it hydrated on the way. How many stems fit in a box depends on their length; see our Packaging page.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, together with any applicable taxes. You see the full total before you pay.

Delivery times

Everything we send is fresh-cut, so delivery dates are our best estimate rather than a guarantee — carriers are outside our control. Ordering for a wedding, an event or a specific date? Contact us before you order and we'll plan the harvest and shipping around your day.

Your delivery address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. An order can still be changed before it enters fulfillment; after that it's on its way, so get in touch as soon as you spot a mistake. You can always follow the status of your orders in your account.

When your flowers arrive

Unpack the box as soon as it arrives. Keep each stem in its water tube, or recut the stem and place it in a clean vase of fresh water, somewhere cool and away from direct sun, heat and ripening fruit. More care tips are in our FAQs.

If something arrives damaged

Every order is backed by our 7-day vase-life guarantee. If a shipment arrives in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours with a few photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or a credit.

Regular deliveries for florists, decorators and event studios are scheduled directly with our team. Apply for a wholesale account to set one up.
