Account: your name, email and password — the password is stored securely and never in plain text. Orders: shipping address, phone number and email, needed to fulfill and talk to you about an order. Payment: handled by our payment processor at checkout; your card details never touch our servers. Wishlist: which products you've saved, tied to your account. Contact and wholesale inquiries: whatever you write in the form.

Bloom, our chat assistant: what you type to Bloom is sent to OpenAI, the company whose model powers it, to generate a reply. Please don't share anything in that chat you wouldn't want a third-party AI service to process.

A locale cookie (remembers English or Spanish), a session cookie that keeps your cart and sign-in working, and a short-lived one used only during email verification. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

To create and manage your account; process and fulfill orders and send order-related emails; respond to contact and wholesale inquiries; send trade-list emails if you've subscribed, and only if you have; and to keep the site working and secure.

Our payment processor, to take payment. Our shipping carriers, to deliver your order. Resend, our email provider, to send order and account emails. OpenAI, to power Bloom — only for the messages you send it.

We don't sell your personal information, ever.

As long as your account stays active, or as long as we need it to fulfill an order and meet our tax and accounting obligations — whichever is longer.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — email [email protected] and we'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We grow and ship from Guatemala and serve customers elsewhere, so your information may be processed in a country other than the one you're in.

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
